The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 (fifty Philippine pesos), unless otherwise specified in promotional terms.
All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, and any associated conversion fees will be borne by the Player. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
You agree that all funds deposited into your 55bm account are your own, obtained legally, and not derived from any illegal or fraudulent activity. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for any losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 55bm and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Platform, your breach of any applicable laws or regulations, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, failure to provide requested verification documents, or any conduct that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform or other users.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of termination will be returned to you, minus any outstanding fees, penalties, or amounts owed to 55bm, provided that your account is in good standing and you have not violated these Terms.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, you must withdraw any remaining funds in accordance with our withdrawal procedures. We are not responsible for any funds left in closed accounts.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.
